• Children in custody under 19, or other dependents?  

• Childcare expenses?

• Disability Tax Credit Certificate?
• Is spouse, child or dependent a person with a disability?
• Self-employment or casual income?

• Reported on T4A?

• Employee profit sharing income?
• Arrive in Canada during tax year? (Newcomer?)

• immigrated with permanent resident status?
• Refugee claimant? Protected person status?
• Temporary resident - study or work permit?
• Completed an RC-151 or RC66?

• Student, or took an educational course?

• Have a tuition certificate?
• Want to transfer to parent or spouse?
